BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE WEBSITE TERMS OF USE, AVAILABLE [https://www.deskforce.com/terms-of-use/] AS WELL AS THIS EMERGENCY SERVICES POLICY AND ANY ADDITIONAL LEGAL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE OR ANYWHERE ELSE ON THE SITE AND MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES.

Any and all use of the Services is subject to and conditioned upon compliance with the following Emergency Services Policy. If you have an Agreement with Us, this Emergency Services Policy is incorporated into and made a part of your Agreement with Us.

Worldwide Local Emergency Service – We do not route calls to emergency agencies such as 911 in the U.S., 100 in Israel, 999 in the U.K. etc. You are solely responsible to handle all of Your emergency and government agency calls and route them, accordingly, to the appropriate city, state, or government agencies. Deskforce and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates will have no liability with respect to its inability to route and complete any of Your emergency calls.

900 Numbers – You acknowledge that We have informed You that the Service does not permit calls to 900 numbers or to other pay-per-call services.

Directory Assistance – You acknowledge that We have informed you that calls to Directory Assistance (411, 1-XXX-555-1212), excluding toll-free Directory Assistance (1-800-555-1212), will incur a charge of US$ 2.00 per call.
